We only provide guidance, setup, support, or implementation based on client-provided access or accounts.
5. Project Timelines and Deliverables
Project schedules depend on:

- Client communication
- Required approvals
- Availability of necessary third-party resources
Delays caused by the client or external platforms are not the responsibility of Designs Continental.
6. Payments, Billing & Refunds
- Payments must be made upfront or according to the agreed billing cycle.
- Third-party payment processors may be used for secure transactions.
- We do not offer refunds for completed work, digital services delivered, or project abandonments initiated by the client.
If additional services are requested, they will be billed accordingly.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

- Ensure third-party accounts, hosting, or tools are active and purchased
- Communicate promptly for approvals or revisions
- Maintain legal compliance regarding content they upload or request
Designs Continental is not liable for errors or delays caused by incomplete client inputs.

All design work, concepts, code, documents, and drafts remain the property of Designs Continental until all dues are fully cleared.
8.2 Client Rights
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final project deliverables, unless a specific licensing clause applies.

10. Limitation of Liability
Designs Continental does not guarantee:
